The most remarkable thing about this diagram is that it remains unreadable even after I click on "enlarge" -- and this is on a 21 inch monitor, with my glasses off and my face 6 inches from the screen. Just because you have a flash widget into which you can dump a diagram doesn't mean you should use it... a full-size .jpg would have been sufficient.
